What We Do
We do sales of construction equipment and offer parts and services to our customers in the region in segments like irrigation, roads, mining (blue metal, granite, laterite, iron ore etc), land development / construction and cellar excavation.

Our Founder
Mr. Madhusudan Katragadda | Founder & Managing Director -
Madhura Group:
As founder and Managing Director of Madhura, Mr. Katragadda has exponentially grown his company by drawing upon, not only his academic training as a mechanical engineer from NIT Warangal, but also years of prior experience as a distributor for Ingersoll Rand for the states of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
In 2007, he went on to expand Madhura’s offering as dealer and distributor of Doosan Infracore Ltd for the same states when Doosan acquired the Bobcat Company. By doing so, he was able to add more products such as excavators & loaders to Madhura’s existing portfolio. Thanks to his efforts, Madhura’s Doosan dealership currently ranks no. 2 in India within the industry.
In 2016, he was instrumental in Madhura being awarded a dealership for SANY, a Chinese multinational company that is globally ranked the 3rd largest heavy equipment manufacturer and ranked no.1 for its excavators and concrete machinery.
In addition, he is the founder and Managing Director of KESPL, that was a distributor for Changlin (a leading international manufacturer of Road construction machinery, engineering equipment and other related equipment) for the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for over 10 years. In 2013, KESPL further diversified by undertaking road construction projects and more recently ventured into blue metal quarrying.
Having started his career at Nagarjuna Steel (later acquired by the Pennar Group) in 1978, Mr. Katragadda took his first steps towards entrepreneurship a decade after and has not looked back since.
After over 40 years in the industry, with stellar reputation for his credibility and efficiency, sound industry knowledge and connections, he has grown through the ranks to achieve national recognition for himself and garner incredible respect within the larger professional community.
On a personal front, Mr. Katragadda is a fitness and music enthusiast. He is also passionate about social justice and equity. To this end, he volunteers both his time and resources extensively. He is a founding member of the Rural Development Foundation that provides education to underprivileged children in rural parts of India and has served on its board as a treasurer for several years.
